Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to order from us. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the website. If you do not accept, or wish to be bound by these terms, please do not use this website. Carla Jones Design is a design business based in Glasgow, Scotland. The studio is located at 2/1, 10 Garry Street, Glasgow, G44 4AY.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright of illustrations, text, graphics and photographs contained in the website is held by Carla Jones Design. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.
In order to make a purchase through the Carla Jones Design website or to use some of the services or features made available to you on our website you will be required to register. When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number and email address, which is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change in future you are required to amend your personal online account immediately. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Accuracy of content
Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the delivery options section of this website.
All prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling. Credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider. From time to time data entry errors or other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown: in such cases we are not required to honour this price, although we may choose to do so depending on the circumstances, and we will endeavour to be fair to both parties. If you see any price you believe to be incorrect, please contact us so we can verify it for you.
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Confirm Order’ on the Shopping Basket page of our ordering process.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel your order in accordance with your cancellation right and / or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the goods at a later date.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods; Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, JCB, American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at order placement. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of the your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Carla Jones Design, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of goods. We retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery.
Legally binding contract
Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by Scottish Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to Scottish legal processes and under the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
In accordance with EU Legislation, UK residents (only) may cancel their contract to purchase goods by formally notifying us within a period of seven working days of delivery, provided that the goods are immediately returned to us at the following address (to arrive within fourteen days of you originally receiving them): Carla Jones Design, 2/1, 10 Garry Street, Glasgow, G44 4AY. Goods must be in 'as sold' condition. In the event of cancellation under this legislation a full refund, including shipping costs, will be given within thirty days of our receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

DELIVERY TIMES & CHARGES
We dispatch most of our domestic website orders using Royal Mail, and aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
For card and stationery orders, these are despatched 1-2 days after order is placed and confirmed online.
If you need your parcel more quickly than that or have other special requirements get in touch with us here and we will try our best to help.
At present we only deliver within the UK.
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Carla Jones Design, but if for any reason you would like to return it for an exchange or refund, simply fill in the returns form included and return it, along with the goods, to us at the address provided within 14 days of purchasing goods.
