Shipping & Returns
All Card and Stationery orders have postage costs included in the price shown online for each item. These orders are normally despatched 1-2 days after order is placed and confirmed online then sent by first class Royal Mail.
All other items featured for sale online have a standard delivery charge of £3.95 which are delivered first class using Royal Mail to addresses within the UK.
We dispatch each online order as fast as we possibly can, however, once your parcel leaves us we are not responsible for any delays. Our recommendation would be to leave as much time as you can between your order and the required delivery date. If you need your order fast please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options available.
All orders are posted using Royal Mail and we cannot refund or replace missing items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch or 40 days for International orders. This is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, please post them back to us in their original packaging within 14 days and including the returns slip on your invoice to:

We will process refunds within 5 days of receiving the items. Refunds can take 7-10 days to then be processed by our provider Stripe.
Carla Jones Design cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Returned items are the customers responsibility until they are received by Carla Jones Design and we recommend posting them by registered delivery.
All refunds will be made using the original payment method, e.g. to the Credit Card or Debit card you originally paid with.
