Frequently Asked Questions:

 

How long will my order take to arrive after I've placed it? 

We despatch all of our domestic website orders using Royal Mail, and aim to deliver within 3 - 5 working days after your order is placed and confirmed.

What is your exchange/returns policy? 

If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, please post them back to us in their original packaging within 14 days and including the returns slip on your invoice.

Please note: We shall re-imburse postage on faulty items only.

We will process refunds within 5 days of receiving the items. Refunds can take 7-10 days to then be processed by our provider Stripe.

Carla Jones Design cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Returned items are the customers responsibility until they are received by Carla Jones Design and we recommend posting them by registered delivery.

All refunds will be made using the original payment method, e.g. to the Credit Card or Debit card you originally paid with.

What type of payments do you accept & can I use Paypal? 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and we use Stripe, which is safe,very secure and fast for processing all payments. Unfortunately we do not accept Paypal as a method of payment. 

 

I am interested in selling your items in my shop - how do I find out more? 

If you are interested in becoming a stockist we would love to hear from you. We consider each enquiry with great detail such as location, to ensure not too many shops stocking my items are in the same area. Please email info@carlajonesdesign.co.uk to introduce your boutique to us! 

 

I'd like to order a special personalised gift, how do I do this? 

It's easy - drop us an email at info@carlajonesdesign.co.uk with your ideas and thoughts! We will aim to get back to you as quick as possible to let you know if we can help or not. We always welcome commission pieces and requests, so don't be afraid to introduce yourself. 

 

Do you post overseas? 

At this point, no we do not post to overseas locations. We are planning to expand our delivery services in the future so please keep an eye on the blog for further details of when this will happen. 

 

If I order multiple items (not card or stationery orders) will my postage costs be reduced? 

Yes, your postage costs will be reduced if multiple items are purchased to the same address. This excludes cards and stationery orders as they have free postage included in the price online. Any excess postage paid will be refunded back to the customer by the method originally used i.e to their credit or debit card. 

 

I am a designer interested in having my products sold in your online shop, how do I contact you? 

We would love to hear from new designers to showcase their products, so contact info@carlajonesdesign.co.uk to introduce your brand and products to us and for further details.
