Eglinton Street Exhibition?

On looking in my phone - I totally forgot to tell you about this!  While walking into town at the weekend, I passed one of my favourite concert venues in Glasgow, The O2 Academy. I love the history of the building as well as every gig I've seen it it, then I saw these wooden posts just past the venue with old historical pics of that part of the road. I looked for any information about why they were there but nothing. The images were stunning - I tried my best to take pics on my phone to show you - I've drawn a blank on why they were all up. When I walked past back that way some hours later - they had all been taken down. Did anyone else see the mystery exhibition?

I could look at old photographs of glasgow all day!

I looked about to see if I could find any printed info on why they were posted - but it seemed just business as usual at the O2 Academy - just people going about their weekend walks.
